Ok, it seems to me to be a standard trait of "Executive Types", If they can make all of these "Earth Shattering" business decisions,you would think they would be able to figure out how to make their own coffee, operate a copy machine, maybe even remember the name of someone who works for them, and figure out how to send an email to their own employee. Yeesh!
