It has come to my attention that the definition of key phrases need revision.  The First is : Executive Decision:  This should be defined as : A Decision made by the uninformed, carried out by the unappreciated, evaluated by the unsuspecting and finalized by the unaware, resulting in the unsatisfactory culminating in the unachievable.
