a) Actually see if you can remember to say the name of the person you are thanking (you only work with them for Chris-sake) b) Try and sound like you mean it, not like you are ordering a coke at a hot dog stand. It's not that difficult, honestly.

It is a constant source of amazement to me that in certain management circles inefficiency is now reclassified as "to much of a workload", which causes others to "get assigned this work" (It's called getting dumped on people) while said individual gets more time to be inefficient!

Class is not a thing at all, it is the ability to understand everyone's equality, and treating others with dignity and respect. People with class don't feel the need to prove it,but by their approach to life and dealing with others it just shows naturally.
