Theory of the Day;January 27, 2010: If you are going to stand there and say thank you to someone, a couple things to keep in your pygmy like mind:
a) Actually see if you can remember to say the name of the person you are thanking (you only work with them for Chris-sake) b) Try and sound like you mean it, not like you are ordering a coke at a hot dog stand. It's not that difficult, honestly.
